Can I add or remove items from my order?

No, you are unable to add or remove items from your order once it has been created. If your order has yet to be shipped, you may cancel your existing order and place a new order. We know that this capability will definitely make your shopping experience better, and we are already looking at ways to be able to do this.

Please note that our customer service representatives are also unable to add or remove items from your order once it has been created.
