What if I want to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) for my delivery to my doorstep/security guard/concierge?

We are not able to accommodate any requests for ATL less than 2 hours from your scheduled delivery or if you have any fresh or frozen items in your order. For requests that meet this criteria, you can visit Customer Support to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) at your doorstep/security guard/ concierge.

Please note that this ATL means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorized personnel. RedMart will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.
