What if I'm not home for my delivery?

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. Not able to be home for your RedMart delivery?  Here’s what you can do:

1. You can give us the Authority To Leave (ATL) your RedMart order at your doorstep unattended at your order details page. We would like you to note that this ATL means a transfer of responsibility for the goods to you or your authorized personnel. RedMart will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.


2.  If you know that you will not be home for your delivery at least 24 hours ahead of time, you can reach out to us via RedMart Help Center, for assistance to reschedule or cancel. 

At RedMart, we aim to reduce waste and we would like your help with achieving that. We regret to tell you that if you are not at home for your delivery, RedMart reserves the right to charge you a restocking fee in addition to the cost of fresh and frozen items in your order that cannot be restocked. RedMart reserves the right to deny future service to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries.
