Every product will be delivered to your home within the manufacturer's recommended best by date. Our policy of days-to-expiry does vary by product line, and this in turn may depend on the manufacturer's policy.
Our fresh items carry a “freshness guarantee”.
This is the minimum we promise the product will be at its best, but products are likely to be at their best for longer.
If a product from our supplier does not meet our RedMart quality standards we may choose not to deliver it to you, rather than deliver a product we are not happy with. In these cases you will receive an SMS to advise you that it is not available and you will not be charged for the item(s).
