We are sorry that you are not happy with your recent purchase of your ink cartridge. Our policy for returns is valid for 7 days from when your purchase was delivered and why you would like to return your product.
Wrong purchase or change of mind
If you have purchased the wrong cartridge or changed your mind on your purchase, please send us a picture of your unopened item in your return request.
Do note that in these cases, RedMart reserves the right to apply a collection fee. If you would like to purchase a different cartridge, please ensure that you choose one that is compatible with your printer.
Please note that RedMart will only be able to accept returned items in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
If your cartridge is defective, you will be eligible for a return and refund even if your packaging has been opened.
Scheduling your return
For all returns requests, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 6261 3456 to schedule a pickup of your items. Please ensure that the items are packed in a protective box before handing it to the courier. RedMart will not be able to process your return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
Your refund will be issued when your items are received and assessed. Typically, this process takes 2 to 3 business days.
