Was payment successful for my order?

Payment is only successful when you have a confirmed order - to check if your order is confirmed, either 

  1. Select  "Order Status" below to see if the order is placed
  2. Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation

If your credit card has already been charged but there was no order or it was a duplicate charge for the same order, do not worry - we will refund you for the canceled order. 

If it shows that the order has not been confirmed yet, please go to your "order status" and make payment to secure the items!
