Why was my order cancelled even though I didn't cancel it myself?

We apologise for the issue encountered. Your order did not pass through due to a system timeout error. If your payment has been captured, rest assured that we have initiated a refund back to your mode of payment. Please expect the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement between 5 to 10 business days. 

For any vouchers applied to this cancelled order, they will be reinstated once all items are refunded. See here for more details.
