How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order that has yet to be shipped, you may cancel your order by going to Account > My orders> Order Details and click CANCEL on your RedMart order. Fill up the cancellation form with the most appropriate reason then click submit.

Your refund will be processed and you will receive a notification that your order has been cancelled successfully.


Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped and you are not able to cancel, please reject the order at your doorstep. Should there be no one to accept the delivery, our delivery representative will reach out to you to check your availability. Once our delivery representative marks the delivery as a failed delivery, the items will return to our warehouse and we will process a refund back to your mode of payment.
