Why didn't I receive a free gift with my RedMart purchase?

Often, our suppliers may run island-wide promotions and you may receive a product with a label for a free gift. For RedMart products with a free gift available, it will be indicated on the product page.

When creating your bundle, be sure to add your gift in the “free gift” tab to ensure that it is added to your cart at checkout. Please ensure that complete bundles are added to your cart in order for you to fully enjoy the promotions on them.

You are required to choose and add the free gift into your cart before checkout as they are on a first come first serve basis.
