You may verify your received items against your order list by using the delivery note provided by RedMart at delivery. The hard copy note contains the item list and its quantity ordered. Please note that refunds initiated due to out of stock items will not be reflected in the printed delivery note.
For a more accurate order list and/or to check your refund status, you may go to My Account > Order Details. For any issues with your received items, please follow the steps below to report the issue at Help.
Step 1: My Account > Order Details > Click Manage
Step 2: Click Help
Step 3: Report the issue. Our Customer Service Representative will get back to you within 48 hours.
