Why I am not getting the full amount refunded for my items?

If you had used a voucher for your purchase, you will only be refunded the paid price. 

For full cancellation, your voucher will be refunded back to your wallet upon completion of the refund process. To view your vouchers, got to My Account > Vouchers. Please expect it to be reflected within 1 business day.

For partial cancellation or refunds, vouchers will not be refunded. The voucher value is distributed among all items in your order based on the item price in proportion to your bill before discount. You will only be refunded the paid price of your item (Item Price - Allocated Voucher Value = Paid Price). 

Please note that vouchers will not be refunded if you had used a collectible voucher. You may collect it again and apply it on your next order.
