How do I update my delivery information?

Request for a Reschedule

You may request for a reschedule as long as your order is 24 hours before your delivery slot by filling in this form. 


Update delivery instructions

You will be able to update your delivery instructions such as giving an Authority To Leave (ATL) at your doorstep/security guard/concierge before your delivery is made, requesting the driver to call you prior to delivery or not ring the doorbell by visiting your order details page and click UPDATE under Instructions. Do it here now!



Change of shipping address and phone number

We are unable to change the delivery address or phone number of an order once it has been placed.

If you have already placed the order and it has not been shipped out yet, please proceed to cancel the order and place a new order with the correct details. To change your delivery details for future orders, please proceed to your Address Book.

Our customer service representatives are also unable to change the delivery address and phone number once the order is being processed. If possible, please cancel the order immediately.
